Excellent and Professional Service. We approached Gabriel to list and sell our property in the Mantra in Mary Street, Brisbane. I recently sold my apartment off-market with Gabriel and his associate, George. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. I wasn’t looking to sell, but using his client list, Gabriel secured an offer above market prices (well over recent sales in my building!). Excellent communication and integrity from start to finish. I had a very positive experience working with Hanieh during my first experience buying a home. From the outset, communication was excellent - she was consistently responsive, easy to reach, and quick to return calls, even outside of standard hours. She was approachable and happy to answer any questions I had, and proactively followed up with parties who were only reachable during office hours, which made the process much smoother. I also appreciated how she helped mediate the communications between buyer and seller where needed.
